At Triathlon Gym you will you be under the watchful care of Arun Krishnan, who at 69, is India's oldest Ironman as well us that of our physiotherapist. We ensure that each discipline of the triathlon is recorded, analysed and studied to enable the athlete, whether elite, recreational or a self declared non athlete, to safely achieve their goals.

Boundless Endurance:
Optimum effort with minimum pain

Boundless Endurance is our mantra and attaining nirvana is finding the sweet spot in each discipline, be it running, cycling or swimming, making each look smooth, almost effortless. Contrary to the saying, 'No pain, no gain', we believe that pain is the body's signal that the athlete is over exerting.

The effort expended must be optimum, and never in excess.
