Triathlon Gym is focused on the three disciplines of the
triathlon; swim, bike and run

Swim

Our Swim Studio comprises of a High Performance Endless Pool, with underwater mirrors such that the swimmer can observe his or her technique.

Bike

We are equipped a Spivi Metrix cycling setup to help cyclists train in the optimum heart rate zone. Cadence, power and heart rate are monitored live on the screen.

Run

Running is a high impact sport. Injuries can be minimized with proper running form, stretching and core strengthening.

Our training programs are heart rate based.
Heart rate is a measure of perceived effort. We there by ensure that the effort exerted by the athlete, is optimum for achieving the desired objective and never in excess.
